Outrider Mako begins when she stumbles into the Mayoi World and is promptly hired by Mozu at the Bumon Delivery Center. She becomes an outrider, accepting divine delivery requests in the hope of gathering enough Seal Stamps to power the apprentice notebook that will lead her back home. The world she explores is full of vibrant environments, tricky platforming sections, and aggressive mononoke determined to derail her progress.
Each delivery is more than a fetch quest. Mako must locate rare items, often guarded by fierce enemies, then use a workbench to carefully package them before delivering to unpredictable gods.
